I was a bad boy

Today I decided to venture out on my own! How exciting! I was helping Mom work out in the backyard and when she opened the gate to go out front, I slipped by as fast as I possibly could. I stopped in the driveway, looked her straight in the eye, and ran fast down to Sunset park where I found a bunch of other dogs to play with. Mommy wasn't happy when she got there in her rubber boots and no leash. A student took pity on her and lent her his leash to walk me back home. I bet she watches that gate better from now on. She said I was lucky I didn't get hit by a car. Bad doggy...
